YWCA Toronto’s Venue Rentals program is currently closed. We are closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 situation. As a precautionary measure, and to reduce the risk of community transmission of COVID-19, we remain closed to external bookings.

We project a program re-opening date of January 2023. This page will be updated to reflect any changes to this date.

Located at YWCA Toronto in the heart of downtown at 87 Elm Street (Dundas Street West and University Avenue), our venue offers welcoming facilities, historic charm and complimentary AV equipment at reasonable rental rates. Our fully accessible auditorium, reception hall, and meeting rooms are ready to book for your events, workshops, conferences, meetings, film screenings, corporate parties, cocktail receptions or other celebrations. In addition, our preferred caterers are familiar with our venue and our clients, and offer a range of delicious meal choices.
