It is our pleasure to introduce our refreshed strategic plan, Purposeful Futures!
Since our last strategic plan, A Bold Purpose, much has changed. In spite of the numerous challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the relentless housing crisis and the growing epidemic of gender-based violence, we have persisted. Our Association has been able to achieve much of what we set out to do and notably, we lived our reimagined vision, mission and value statements, strengthening our more than 150-year-old Association, growing and responding to programming needs with exceptional service delivery across the city of Toronto.
Building on the work we began in our previous plan, and with a forward-thinking approach to resilience and sustainability in our sights, we are thrilled to unveil our refreshed strategic pillars that will guide our priorities from 2025 to 2028:
