Job Search for Retail - Day One
Monday, October 6, 2025, from 10a.m. – 12p.m
On day one of this workshop series, participants will learn basic job search skills for the retail industry. They will also learn how to prepare for a job application and what to expect when job searching for retail opportunities.

Customer Service for Retail - Day Two
Tuesday, October 7, 2025, from 10a.m. – 12p.m
On day two of this workshop series, customer service skills and how to best serve different types of customers. They will also learn how to problem solve and handle difficult customers and situations.

Virtual Cash Register Training - Day Three
Wednesday, October 8, 2025, from 10a.m. – 12p.m.
On day three of this workshop series, participants will learn important cashier terminology and how to process sales, discounts and return items on cash registers.
This three-day series will be held virtually.

Participants who attend all the sessions will receive a Certificate of Participation.
