Join us for a workshop with Genevieve D’Iorio from the Workers’ Health and Safety Legal Clinic to learn about workplace harassment and discrimination and your rights as a worker in Ontario.

In this workshop, participants will learn how to:
- Recognize workplace harassment and discrimination;
- Understand Ontario’s Human Rights Code and protections under the law;
- Identify human rights issues and learn how to raise a concern;
- Request accommodations related to disability or creed; and,
- Understand employer responsibilities for addressing workplace harassment, sexual harassment and violence.
