Description:

JUMP Etobicoke is offering an online Basic Food Handling training. This virtual option allows participants to study at their own pace and includes a PIN to access the training materials. Participants will have the opportunity to write the certification exam remotely via webcam at a later date. The Food Handler Certification meets all of the requirements of the Canadian Food Retail and Foodservices Code and Regulations; and is valid for 5 years.

By the end of the session, participants will:
• Learn about the importance and the content of the training;
• Complete an English comprehension test;
• Review eligibility requirements; and,
• Be given access to the online training once accepted.
