Description:

Participants are invited to receive hands-on training on with our Point of Sale (POS) Cash Register System and develop practical skills to enhance their employability in the grocery and retail sectors.

In this workshop, participants will:
• Learn how to process sales transactions, discounts, clearance items, and returns;
• Develop the communication and customer service skills essential for success in retail environments;
• Gain insight into the skills, qualities, and expectations employers look for in retail employees;
• Have their retail and employment-related questions answered by an experienced facilitator; and,
• Receive a Certificate of Attendance upon successful completion of the workshop.

This workshop will take place at 222 Dixon Road, Suite 207, Etobicoke, ON, M9P 3S5 (MAP).
