Participants who are interested in starting a business or are in the early stages of entrepreneurship are invited to attend this training session to learn how to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) in simple, practical, and effective ways.

This webinar will introduce participants to the fundamentals of AI, including what it is, how it has evolved, and how it is being used in everyday tools and technologies. Participants will explore how AI can support business growth by assisting with content creation, marketing, customer communication, brainstorming, and business planning.

By the end of this webinar, participants will:
• Understand what AI is and how it can be applied in a business setting;
• Identify practical ways AI can support day-to-day business tasks and improve productivity;
• Use an AI tool to generate basic business content;
• Apply simple prompts to enhance writing, marketing materials, and customer communications; and,
• Recognize best practices for the safe, responsible, and effective use of AI.

Participant Requirements:
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to use Zoom and navigate between multiple browser tabs; and,
• An active Gmail account that is set up and accessible prior to the session, as it will be required to access training platforms and complete hands-on exercises using Google Gemini.
