We invite participants to join us for this three-day Retail Training Program. Please see program details below:

Virtual Customer Service Training
Tuesday, May 19, 2026, from 4 - 6p.m.
On day one of this workshop series, participants will learn basic customer service skills and how to best serve different types of customers. They will also learn how to problem solve and handle difficult customers and situations.

Virtual Basic Cashier Training
Wednesday, May 20, 2026, from 4 - 6p.m.
On day two of this workshop series, participants will learn important cashier terminology and how to process sales, discounts and return items on cash registers.

In-Person Cash Register Practice (optional)
Thursday, May 21, 2026, from 4 - 6p.m.
On day three of this workshop series, participants will have the opportunity to practice cashier skills on a real cash register! This workshop will be delivered in-person at the JUMP Scarborough office at 3090 Kingston Rd., Suite 205 (MAP).

Participants must attend the first two workshops in order to receive a Certificate of Participation.
