Day 1: Remote Communication Skills (Part 1 & 2)

Day 2: Remote Customer Care (Part 1 & 2)
Wednesday, May 13, 2026, from 10a.m. - 12p.m. & 1 - 3p.m.
Day 3 (morning): Google Workspace
Thursday, May 14, 2026, from 10a.m. - 12p.m.
Day 3 (afternoon): Graduation Ceremony
Thursday, May 14, 2026, from 1 - 3p.m.
Participants must attend all three days in order to obtain a Certificate of Participation.
