Participants will learn what a stroke is, the different types of strokes, and why it is a medical emergency. A Registered Nurse will review common warning signs using easy‑to‑remember tools, explain key risk factors such as high blood pressure and diabetes, and share practical steps participants can take to reduce their risk.

This webinar will be facilitated by a Registered Nurse from Rexdale Community Health Centre.
