Description: You are invited to attend the Help with Your Health Series, where participants will receive information and resources to help them manage their health better. This series will cover eight topics on a weekly basis every Thursday from 1p.m. – 2:30p.m. starting October 9th – November 27th, 2025. The following topics will be covered in this series: • Getting the Most from Your Health Care Appointment (October 9) • Practical Planning for your Health (October 16) • Understanding Stress and Sleep (October 23) • Understanding Food Labels (October 30) • Medications - Prescription/non-Prescription and Natural Health Products (November 6) • Understanding Joint Pain and Back Pain (November 13) • Understanding Digestion (November 20) • Introduction to Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku) (November 27) Participants who register for the Help with Your Health Series will have access to the full series and are encouraged to attend as many sessions as they find valuable. This series is in collaboration with the Self-Management Program, Ontario Health at Home.
