Description: YWCA JUMP Program invites participants to attend this information session to learn about Noire Law Chambers, a women-led legal collective that brings together independent lawyers, licensed paralegals and certified legal professionals to provide collaborative, community-focused, and culturally responsive legal services across Ontario. By attending this information session, participants will: • Learn about KingSun and Noire Law Chambers, founded by Sehmani KingSun-Leo, licenced paralegal; • Receive education, legal awareness, and meaningful access to resources; • Gain understanding of how to face legal challenges, identify their legal rights and how to navigate legal systems; and; • Register for one-on-one consultation with a lawyer for the one-day Community Justice Access Legal Clinic at the YWCA JUMP Program. This webinar is provided in collaboration with Shemani KingSun-Leo, licensed paralegal, notary public, international mediator, college professor at KingSun and Noire Law Chambers.
