It is important to learn about basic health and safety rights under the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA). Participants are invited to attend this webinar to learn about workplace health, safety and how to address difficult situations within the workplace.

In this webinar, participants will:
• Develop an awareness of the roles and responsibilities that supervisors, employers and workers have to keep the workplace healthy and safe.
• Become informed of the variety of hazards and dangers within a workplace, and how those hazards should be controlled and addressed.
• Learn about human rights under the Ontario’s Human Rights Code, and what to do if they face harassment or discrimination at work.
