Day 1: Remote Communication Skills (Part 1 and 2)

Day 2: Remote Customer Care (Part 1 and 2)
Wednesday, June 11, 2025, from 10a.m. - 12p.m. and 1 - 3p.m.
Day 3 (morning): Microsoft Outlook
Thursday, June 12, 2025, from 10a.m. - 12p.m.
Day 3 (afternoon): Graduation Ceremony
Thursday, June 12, 2025, from 1 - 3p.m.
Participants must attend all days in order to obtain a Certificate of Participation.
