• Women and gender diverse individuals, 16 years
  and older
• Minimum grade 10 education
• Resident of and able to work in Ontario
• Willing and able to commit to a 24 weeks
  intensive training program
• Possess or be eligible to obtain a valid driver’s
  license
• Physically able to work in a variety of
  construction work environments and on their feet
  and knees for a considerable length of time
• Possess appropriate hand-eye coordination,
  manual dexterity and ability to identify and
  follow design patterns
