Canada-Ontario Job Grant
Canada-Ontario Job Grant is a partnership between the federal and provincial governments to fund employer-driven training initiatives. The grant provides direct financial support for employers to purchase training for their workforce. The cost of training is a shared investment between the employer and the federal and provincial government.

Career Assessment and Planning (CAP)
CAP provides clarity and direction to individuals who are at a crossroads in their careers. CAP assists employers identify under-performing issues affecting employees or discover future leadership and professional capacity amongst team members.

Customized Training
Improve productivity, enhance team dynamics, maintain successful conversations, facilitate meetings and working sessions with ease. We will design a customized training that works for you and your team.

e-Learning
Self-directed, online courses from the convenience of home or office are accessible 24 hours a day. Employees will benefit from affordable, up-to-date training courses learned at their own pace.

Services are provided by the Skills Development Centre (SDC), a YWCA Toronto initiative committed to creating sustainable economic development for women, organizations, individuals and communities.
