We contract our services as project managers and consultants in three areas of expertise: women focused programs, employment services and life skills training.

Services are provided by the Skills Development Centre (SDC), a YWCA Toronto initiative committed to creating sustainable economic development for women, organizations, individuals and communities. What does this service offer?

Women Focused Programs
We’ve created distinct service models that meet the personal and professional needs of women-centered programs and services. We specialize in services for women who have experienced or are at risk of violence in their lives.

Employment Services
Whether career development, job search strategies, self-marketing for employment, job maintenance or case management, we can design, implement and monitor employment and career programs and services.

Life Skills
Training, Coaching and Facilitating Services YWCA Toronto is a national training centre for Life Skills Coaches and the publisher of Life Skills resources. We’ve been training community leaders, coaches and facilitators since 1974. We can assist with Life Skills curriculum design and delivery that is targeted to the needs of your client groups.
