YWCA Toronto welcomes enthusiastic, spirited individuals willing to make a difference in the lives of women and girls!

Every year hundreds of volunteers contribute their skills, talent, time and heart to enhance our programs and initiatives in so many ways! Volunteers bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the organization, share their knowledge, develop new skills, gain work-related experience and make new friends.

We have opportunities for volunteers in the following areas:

Delivering direct services to women such as tutoring, hair cutting, workshops and classes such as yoga, English or computer classes

Assisting in the planning and execution of special events such as the Women of Distinction Awards

Supporting advocacy and fundraising efforts

Providing leadership on the Board of Directors and its Committees

Offering administrative assistance
