Thanks to everyone who generously sponsored women-led families and single women for the 2007 Holiday Season Adopt a Family Campaign. Over 450 families benefitted, which is an increase of more than 10% over last year!

The Holiday Season Adopt a Family Campaign pairs caring individuals and companies with women and women–led families in need.

Participating sponsors are provided with brief profiles of their adopted families and are encouraged to purchase gift and/ or grocery cards for them. This empowers the women by giving them the opportunity to shop for their children and themselves, and relieves the overwhelming feeling of financial powerless during this time of year.
