Long-term accommodation is under the Tenant Protection Act. Tenants must sign a lease stating that they will stay one month or more and acknowledging they understand they have rights and obligations under the tenancy agreement. An application must be filled out and submitted before you can be considered for long-term accommodation. Tenants need to be 16 years of age or older and have a guaranteed source of income. We offer singles, large singles and doubles to suit your needs. Shared washroom facilities, common areas, and cooking facilities. Complimentary breakfast provided daily.
