Teen Mothers’ Program


YWCA Toronto offers a free in-person drop-in support program for young women ages 14-22. In the Teen Mothers’ program, we offer opportunities to build positive parenting skills and access to resources that support mothers on their parenting journey.

Mothers 14 to 22 years of age.

  • regular group meetings and check-ins with program worker and child care staff

  • workshops on positive parenting, budgeting, nutrition

  • encouragement and ongoing support from staff and other mothers

  • child-centred activities for children that enhance development

  • activities for mother and child to interact

  • counselling

  • career guidance

  • referrals to community resources

  • guest speakers

We offer groups Thursday afternoons.
Please note that programming will be returning in-person and pre-registration is required.

The Baby Bunch

for Moms and Babies

Wednesday mornings from 10 to 11:30a.m.

Come join us for fun activities including:
music, fingerplays, art, gross motor sensory play and more!

Snack will be provided.
