Personality Dimensions is a highly interactive and fun temperament tool used in this workshop to explore strategies for understanding ourselves as group leaders, and for developing techniques to respond to and manage our groups more effectively. Group facilitation and leadership can be challenging to any professional, whether working in business with work teams, in social services with people who have multiple needs, or in education working in the classroom. In this workshop we will start by increasing awareness of our preferred values, strengths and characteristics. Then we will develop ways to address those difficult situations that challenge us through exploring a diverse range of strategies with colleagues.
