LEAP is a free program that helps you learn, explore, assess and prepare
for the world of work.
LEAP offers a one-stop individually tailored program for your unique employment
needs. With the support of LEAP’s employment specialists, you will
learn to seize opportunities that help you achieve your goals.

The YWCA Toronto has experience in training women for improved employment
dating back to 1875. Today we offer programs informed by current labour
market research to over 30,000 people across the city.
The YWCA LEAP program offers immediate access to a range of YWCA supports
to employment:
- The YWCA Skills Development Centre
innovative training and recruitment services
- The YWCA Employment Focus Program
pre-employment assessment for women (funded through the City of Toronto Community
and Social Services Program)
- The YWCA Family Support Centre and Childcare Services
programs to help strengthen families and support women in their goals
