Are you just "doing a job" instead of your life's work?

CAPManaging your career is important. Let us help you increase your awareness of your strengths, abilities and skills, and take charge of your work life.

We will assist you to set an action plan to achieve your goals. Whether you are currently employed, planning a career change of are in a career transition, this personalized program is for you. You will benefit from intensive individual attention packed with practical tips, tools and creative solutions. You will gain the information and knowledge to manage your work life proactively.

The YWCA Career Assessment and Planning program includes tests and tools to assess your personality, interests, values, skills and abilities. A variety of self-assessment tools are used, including instruments and standardized inventories such as the SII, MBTI and Emotional Quotient Inventory. You will form an extensive profile based on your results and create an action plan to manage your career path. We are experienced career counsellors who discuss labour market trends, interpret test results and provide resources for follow-up research.

CAP benefits:

cost:

$450.00 for five hours of individual counselling
Group sessions $350.00 per person
