Mental Health Support

YWCA Toronto Choices for Living is a trauma informed free program for women and gender diverse people living with mental health issues. In a supportive group environment, participants meet to discuss common problems and create a shared community. With the support of program facilitators, they help each other find positive pathways through experienced challenges.

The group activities are experiential and relational, based on expressive arts and body-based awareness practices.
